somebody makes a movie like ' Rang de Basanti' and then he makes ' delhi - 6'
A friend of ours commented on the movie saying 'its disappointing' and it felt like he shudn't have said it bcoz the guy who made rang de basanti can't possibly make a disappointing movie. 'Abhi picture dekhne mein mazaa nahi ayega' was the thought ..... and then i saw Delhi - 6.
Ab aisa lag raha hai how cud he just say ' its disappointing'. Such a mild word for a movie of this calibre. I mean if you critisize a movie like delhi - 6 saying that its disappointing then it means have very few words in your vocabulary. This movie is a good example of not wanting to know the face of the artist behind a good painting or not wanting to see the video of a well sung song bcoz then u expect the same kind of work from that person and when he doesnt deliver you feel really let down not just by that person but to yourself for feeling so good about him in the first place.
There are so many instances in our life where we get so involved in a particular thing that we probably change our viewpoint bcoz of it and then comes a movie like delhi- 6 to make you fall flat on your face for beleiving in what was told to you earlier.
please friends, this is a sympathetic request to you all. If you are going to see delhi - 6 becoz rakeysh om prakash has made it then DON'T.

I was a little smarter, i trusted my friends review. It is said "in bollywood you are as good as your last movie"..... so next time this guy makes a movie, let your friends see it first.
